Log into your VPS and edit the file /etc/xinetd.d/popa3d
Locate the line:
disable = no
Change it to read:
disable = yes
Save and close the file.

| Quite a hard one to track down this one :-
First SSH into your server and run :-
/scripts/fixeverything
/scripts/upcp --force
/scripts/eximup --force
if that does not fix the issue run the following commands:-
cd /usr/sbin
mv sendmail sendm |
